Steering Committee + Advisors

The Coalition is as strong as the people at its tables. Nursing home residents, direct-care staff, providers, advocates, care partners, researchers, policymakers, regulators and more have built this Coalition from the ground up. Thank you!

About Our Steering Committee

The Moving Forward Steering Committee sets the nursing home policy agenda for the Coalition as a whole. Representing diverse stakeholders from across the field, the committee develops policy statements on nursing home topics—drawing from the NASEM report, the nine original Moving Forward Action Plans, and current federal and state policy movement. Steering Committee statements serve as the basis for collaborative advocacy, education, and leadership.
